Thomas J. Capalbo, III, Esq. Appointed Westerly Town Solicitor

In 2015, Thomas J. Capalbo, III, Esq. served as the town’s solicitor following his unanimous appointment to the post by the Westerly Town Council. Capalbo had been a member of the Zoning Board of Review since 2010. He practiced law at 67 High Street in Westerly, RI with the law firm of Capalbo, Capalbo & Hartford, LLC since 2008. He earned a bachelor of science in business administration, with a concentration in finance, from The Catholic University of America in 2005. In 2008, he was awarded a law degree from Massachusetts School of Law. Capalbo’s father, Thomas J. Capalbo, Jr., Esq., served as solicitor from 1980-1981.
